All our products are customized with your personal details, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has entered the printing process. We encourage you to choose carefully before finalizing your order.

While we thoroughly check all products before shipping to minimize defects, in the rare event that you receive a defective item, we will promptly replace it with a functioning product. To initiate a refund or replacement claim, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

If you realize that you have made an error in your order, please inform us on the same working day to prevent processing. Once a product has shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded if it does not meet our fair judgment criteria.

No Returns/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has shipped.

Personalized Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items, used products, activated items, or customer-damaged goods.

Damaged Items: If a product is received damaged, we will gladly facilitate an exchange.

In case a fair case, we will issue store credit in the form of a Discount Code, which can be used within 6 months on our website.

The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable. However, we will cover the cost of delivering replacement items within India. Unfortunately, international customers will be responsible for shipping charges related to replacements.
